We had a wonderful experience with Royal Comfort Home Services! They removed the old ceiling in our basement, replaced it with drywall, and added new lights. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and did an amazing job. We love spending time in our revamped basement now.

Royal Comfort replaced our furnace and relocated ducts from my basement to a crawl space to increase the ceiling height in the basement. I am so pleased with the quality of their work! The price was reasonable and everyone there was professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

Beyond terrible customer service, billing is a complete mess, extremely overpriced, and slow response times. I cannot strongly enough recommend avoiding this company. Having worked with a number of hvac companies, Royal Comfort provided a uniquely horrible customer experience.

Found the reviews hopeful but was disappointed in customer service. They did call me back very quickly I must say, but asked about how many points they checked during furnace maintenance and couldn't give an answer. Scoffed at the idea of other companies using this terminology and at me for asking. Was simply calling around for comparisons and felt like they didn't have the time to explain their services.

Excellent quality and service. We could not be happier with our system. It's quiet, efficient, and healthy! We opted for a full house HEPA filter and are so glad we did. Given the COVID-19 pandemic and increasing wildfires in Colorado, this was really worth the investment. Wonderful company for all your HVAC needs. Highly recommended!

We’ve used Royal Comfort a few times now for our condo. We were in a time crunch due to selling our condo, but they were able to get Jordan out quickly to fit our timeline. Once we get into our new house we will definitely be using them again for any Hvac needs. Would definitely recommend Royal Comfort to everyone!

Royal Comfort came out and fixed/replaced a botched job by the original contractor that my builder used. RC has been very professional and prompt. I wish my builder had used them from the start. I won't use anyone else from now on.

The technician arrived on time and didn't charge me any fee to drive out to my house when it appeared the gas had been turned off. He also took time to confirm with Xcel who was up my street working on the gas issue then drive back to my house. I will definately use them again when I have another issue with my furnace or AC. Although if my furnace goes out again the first thing I'll check is that the gas is on. Xcel will apparently turn off gas with no prior notification.

I started off my experience with this company by talking to Kathy, who was professional and cordial. She was able to schedule a tech to come out in just a couple days to look at our air conditioning.You get a text from them confirming your appointment, and there was a mix-up with the time. When I notified them, they took responsibility for the mistake and made sure to schedule another time on the same day that would be convenient for me.Jordan came *early* to take a look at our unit. That was a nice surprise! He was really friendly, and was sweet to our dog. He kept me informed step-by-step of what he was doing, and gave me accurate estimates of how long it would take.Turns out that whoever built original air conditioning unit was an idiot. There were a bunch of incompatible parts that made the unit practically inoperable, so Jordan had to partially rebuild the unit. He ran it all by us ahead of time, so the cost wasn't a surprise, and it saved us money in the long run anyway. Jordan also threw in a thermostat to replace our old one!Tl;dr: Royal Comfort was diligent and professional so you bet we'll be calling them again.

We had Royal Comfort Heating & Air do a complete HVAC upgrade at our newly purchased home about 2 years ago, and subsequently during the whole house remodel help us with the ducting changes that were necessary. They did great work at the time, were always on time, professional, and the price was very competitive. Recently I came to realize that the whole home humidifier that was attached to the system wasn't functioning, and Clemente came and checked it out, fixed, and actually made it better, at no charge (due to wiring issue from their original install). Would definitely recommend these guys, friendly, local, and responsive!

My furnace was on the fritz and I decided to replace it. I called a few different contractors and Doug came out right away and have gave me a quote. He out bid everyone and his crew came out and installed a new furnace. Everyone was nice, cerdious and professional. My house is warm again and there was very little turn around time.
